I have been put in charge of planning and running the remembrance day ceremony for my class. It is a new experience because I don’t usually put myself in positions to lead other people. I have been trying my best to make sure everything gets done in a specific timeframe, and so far, it has been coming along good. We have 2 lessons until the ceremony on friday and we have already completed our slides and posters. Everybody has been assigned and accepted roles in the ceremony which, I think, they are happy with. The guest speaker is Captain Jean-Guy Mayer, Commanding Officer 676 Kittyhawk Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron and he will be presenting sa couple of slides during our presentation to the MYP4 – DP2 students. I am exited to see how everything will play out. We will practice a lot during these last two lessons, hopefully we will have a sufficient amount of time.
