PR: R&J video

Watching Romeo and Juliet (written by William Shakespeare) made me feel mixed emotions. At first, their love seems very strong and romantic, but then it starts to feel a little bit too fast and unrealistic. They fall in love so immediately and they make important decisions without really knowing each other. This made me think about how people can confuse strong feelings with true love.

One scene that stayed in my mind is the famous balcony scene. It is beautiful and emotional, but it also shows how impulsive they are. They promise to stay together forever, even though they have just met. This showed me how emotions can control people’s actions.

I also felt frustrated at the end. The tragedy could have been avoided if they had been more patient or if instead of faking Juliet’s death she could have gone to meet Romeo. Some mistakes and misunderstandings led to serious consequences.

Overall the video/movie made me think a lot about the difference between love and obsession. It shows that acting too quickly and letting emotions take control can lead to bad decisions and bad endings. It also made me reflect about the real life, where people sometimes rush into relationships or react without even thinking a bit. This story reminds me that taking time, communicating clearly, and thinking carefully can help avoid unnecessary problems and pain like it did on this tragedy.
