This year i got to spend my birthday in another country away from home. This was kind of hard since I haven’t seen my parents in a really long time and since it was my birthday i missed them a little more than i usually do. But besides that, it was a great birthday that i got to spend with my friends. They had many surprises for me and also many gifts. We went for dinner to eat my favorite food which is sushi and that made me really happy, to have my favorite food with my friends. Later my sister had a surprise for me and since i turned 15 and in Mexico that is a big deal, she decorated my room. She filled my room with ballons and she had one of my favorite cakes with candles and gifts. This made me really happy and at the end of the day i got to eat my cake with my friends and the dorm parents. Late at night when i was about to sleep there was another surprise and my best friend from Miami sent me flowers which i thought was a great part and also my parents and sister gave me flowers. At the end of the day this was a great birthday which i enjoyed a lot since it was different than my other birthdays and i am in another country. I was really happy all day and now i have a lot of flowers in my room too.
