Atomic Habits by James Clear. Posits that achieving significant change stems from small, consistent daily actions rather than monumental shifts. It champions focusing on building effective “systems” over merely setting “goals,” arguing that sustainable progress comes from repeatable processes. The book introduces the Four Laws of Behaviour Change Make it Obvious, Attractive, Easy, and Satisfying as a practical framework for creating good habits and breaking bad ones. Clear also emphasizes identity based habits, suggesting that true transformation involves changing one’s self perception to align with desired behaviours. Ultimately, the book reveals how tiny, incremental improvements accumulate to deliver remarkable long-term results, transforming who we are and what we achieve.

“It’s hard to change your habits if you never change the underlying beliefs that led to your past behaviour. You have a new goal and a new plan, but you haven’t changed who you are.”

I chose this quotation because it really says a lot about how you change your habits and also I liked this quotation because its about habits and the book is called Atomic Habits. The one thing that I got from the quotation was that you should really change your behaviour to change the bad habits that you have.
