I’m celiac.  Meaning I’m allergic to Gluten. So, I can’t eat for example “normal Bread” but it’s not so easy,                                                                                          because of cross contamination, like if I cut bread with a knife and whit the same knife I cut a Gluten free bread, it’s contaminated. The point is that being in a Gluten free diet is hard and I wouldn’t recommended eating a Gluten free dyed, if you aren’t celiac.
