Now I am doing something I never thought I’d do, my English homework 3 days before it’s assigned. i feel like this will surprise Mr. MacKnight and will also surprise Suzy and Lyla, i definitely surprised myself. Who knew I was capable of such a thing? Being productive isn’t as tiring as I thought it was; it’s actually only the time when you actually sit down and “relax” that’s tiring. Also, is this supposed to be 500 words? cause i have 109 right now, what am I supposed to talk about? i feel like shrimp crackers with lime would taste really good, also my summer\/hype playlist is so good fr check it out on Spotify. I’ll talk about the police camp, so this is a camp I went to over the summer. And every day I woke up at 0530 am, and needed to be downstairs for PT (Personal Training) at 0545. If you were late, that would be 4 extra laps around the campus. everyone needed to have their hair back, and for men they needed to have a slick back. PT was nonstop movement for an hour and 45 minutes, pushups, burpees, squats, and so much running. we had 15 minutes to go back to our dorm and shower, then come back at 0730 for breakfast. Normally we would eat with our team (team red was the best of course) but we would invite people we knew over (my roommate was team blue so she’d sit with me). at 0750 we would need to be in the classroom for 4 hours of learning, we would have the bomb squad come in, the K9 unit, RCMP, Volunteers, Firefighters, Paramedics, X-Navy officers and more, we would get to see their gear, hold unloaded guns, and ride in cop cars. honestly this was the best experience of my life. it was 1 week at St Margret’s, (im not done talking about my day) at 1150 we would grab a quick snack then go outside for day SIMMS which is just day simulations, getting to use what we used in the classroom to use and be police officers with actors, this would go until dinner at 1900 hours (7pm) we had 2h for dinner, then 30 minutes of class time to summ up what we learned during the day, and we would get free time from 945pm to 10pm (i dont want to do millitary time rn). there were over 400 applicants, but only 50 spaces for people, and to even score an interview is 2 in 10 people, but the friends i made were some of the most amazing people ill ever meet. i want to thank, Nathan, Taylor, Bailee, Alien, Kelsi, Oliver, Murray, Aaron, Jack and Nova. there was one night when we were all hanging out until 3am, and we still needed to wake up at 5am. i dont have any regrets from this team, and if i had to do it all again, i wouldnt change a thing. this experance got rid of my socail anxiety, during class i use to think that everyone in this school was kinda scary, popular, and i always catagorized everyone into a group. but i realize that their oppinions dont matter nor impact who i am, thank you Nova for being my amazing roomate, thank you Aaron for being a great team leader (and breaking rules for us), thank you Kelsi for keeping us in line and pretending not to see us sleeping in class, thank you Taylor for always being so inclusive, thank you Murray for breaking the nervous part of meeting everyone (even though sometimes too much information was shared) and also thank you for being understanding with night SIMMS, thank you Nathan for always making sure we all had our notebooks, thank you Oliver for being my first friend, thank you Jack for staying strong through everything youre going through, and thank you Bailee for always being so energetic and getting everyone going in the morning. im really going to miss all my friends i made, and i cant wait to see them again. i guess people in this school arnt all so weird (all the time). woah and thats 713 words.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
At the beginning of my weekend, I decided I was going to hang out with some friends, then I decided to take a short nap that turned into multiple hours.
