Now, I write in it almost every week, and it has become the way I keep track of my life and what\u2019s going on. When I write in my journal I usually talk about my day, how I felt during certain moments, if I met any new people, and all the little things that seem small at the time but end up meaning so much when I flip back a few pages.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It\u2019s crazy how many things can change in just one or two weeks, the people I\u2019m around, the things I\u2019m doing, even the way I feel about certain situations. Looking back at entries from the start of the year reminds me of how much life actually HAS changed, and all of the new people I\u2019ve met since then.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At the end of every month, I add a little recap section. I log my favourite songs at the moment, the artists I liked during the month, and two or three \u201cbig\u201d moments that defined that month. It could be something exciting that happened, someone new I got close to, or even a moment that changed my perspective on life a bit. It makes each month feel like its own little chapter, and it\u2019s so fun to look back and see how my music taste, the people I\u2019m around, and how my life shifts over time.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019ve had this journal\/diary since grade 4, I barely touched it back then.
